Meet our Staff!

Miss Karlyn (Co-Owner/Director/Instructor - Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Irish, Poms, Modern, Production, Petite Pirouettes)

Miss Karlyn serves as NADC's director. Dancing from an early age, she has experience in many dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, modern, dance team, musical theatre, Irish stepdance, and dance history. Karlyn danced at the competitive level in her youth, attended dance conferences throughout the Midwest, and performed in regional shows which fueled her desire to train at the college level. In 2010, Karlyn began teaching in the Fox Valley where she taught classes and coached competitive teams and dancers for four years. In 2012, she began her college and dance career at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay majoring in both Dance Education and Arts Management. In her dance experience at UWGB, Karlyn was lucky to be a featured soloist and choreograph for the theatre department's annual dance production, "Danceworks". Karlyn likes to remind her students that good technique can get you far, but a great attitude takes you farther. Karlyn is excited to share her passion for the performing arts with Calumet County and looks forward to being a part of the community!
